What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    Main City Server
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Save the wool economy
    What are you suggesting:
Implementation of one or both of the below methods to make the out-of-control wool market cheaper/better regulated (please read “why this is a good idea” for why wool should be cheaper).

    The methods:
1.) /kit wool. This would be a kit similar to /kit mobs that would give the player 16 blocks of each color of wool. I suggest giving it either 24 or 48 hours of cool down and would be added to ExtCreations+ (Seeing as how there is no /kit in that one [and the other two have a /kit])

2.) Re-add passive mob eggs to the server shop (sheep, cow, chicken, pig, horse) in exchange for exp or nstars.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
There are two types of items in ECC: items that are great for selling and hold high server value (gems, ingots, chorus, farming items etc.), and items that considered more for building (stone items, wooden items, color items etc.). As of this moment, wool is considered to be one of, if not the most expensive block that is primarily used for building. Yes, it was considered to be high in the past, but with animal breeding being disabled, common spawn eggs now being as rare as the rarest spawn egg (not to mention just as hard to obtain), and the conversion of colorshop using nstars instead of ECD, wool prices skyrocketed. When colorshop used ECD, wool was $3000 for 1000 blocks (or $3 a block). This caused players to sell them for somewhere between $3-5 per block in their shop. You’ll be lucky to find any shop selling them for less than $10 or $15 a block (and that price is on the rise as the nstar price increases).

In addition, wool, a block that was historically the cheapest color block becoming the most expensive one, the community kind of lost some creative aspects: nobody really makes banners anymore, builds really don’t feature wool anymore because it is too expensive.

TL;DR to the last two paragraphs:
Wool is a pretty big staple in the building community. The semi-recent changes the server had choked the wool market terribly and both methods I listed above are two ways I could think of to try to regulate it before it gets more out of hand.
    Other information:
(Will edit everything later. 3am here and there is bound to be a lot of points I overexplained, underexplained, or simply didn’t portray correctly. That is not to mention grammar and flow mistakes)
    Plugin or custom addition:

    One suggestion per form:
    I Understand.

While I agree with your reasoning - it's worth noting that what you're asking is to crash a market with a supply of server generated color blocks.

Wool is available via our color shop at spawn.
We will not generate free wool to alter the market.

If I’m not mistaken one can use sheep spawners in the mining world to get quite a lot of wool should they need it.
