I can replicate this issue, on both Lobby (in creative mode) and on the Main server. You can place light blocks at light-level 15, but you cannot modify the light level like before (right click it with a light block should change its light level). I did pop into singleplayer to see if Light itself was broken in the game, it is working properly in single-player.
@andrewkm I just checked on this. It is still happening. Light Levels can't be changed on light blocks. Same results as before. @ClarinetPhoenix
