Make it against shop rules to ban donations from the market​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We don't let people turn their shops into homes, because we want these places to be places to buy and sell stuff.

No one wants to donate to your BS cause. Build a damn good shop or get out.

You spent 100k, or 1m+ on a shop.

Stop with the donation chest shops. It's absurd and pathetic.​
