I: Increased Break Speed on Glass
II: Increased Break Speed on Glowstone
III: Glass/Glowstone Drop on Breaking​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

No tools/items break glass/glowstone faster and still provide players with the item.​

I know another suggestion is up that is similar to this, but I couldn't find it.​
