Easier access to town control flags​

What are you suggesting:

Enable easier access to town control flags via /rg I by allowing users to simple click what flag they want on or off. When you do /rg I you are able to click [FLAGS] and see what flags are on / off. I believe enabled a button to click to turn on / off said flags would make it much easier to control your towns flags. /rg I already has a button to input the code to add or remove someone im sure it could be done with flag codes.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would allow town mayors to set flags much faster without having to look up the exact coding of the flag (not that it is hard to look up simply makes it that much faster)​
