Include wax in the /strip command​

What are you suggesting:

Add dewaxing to the /strip command or add a /wax and /dewax command to the ExtCreationsPlus package​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

The /deoxidize command already exists to save users time on effectively stripping copper material blocks. Changing the wax status provides a similar quality of life improvement that fits with the theme of the ExtCreationsPlus package.​
