Make /spawn festive!​

What are you suggesting:

Before I start, i'm just saying this isn't a priority or anything, this could be low down on the list but i'd really like to see it implemented within the next month or so :D, I'd really like for /spawn to be snowing weather, christmas trees, snow blocks placed all over the floor, reindeers placed around, just making it look like its christmas time. This was done a few years ago under phys i believe and it just made the server feel much more better at that time of year - i don't know how everyone else felt about it but i feel like it'd be a really good feature to add especially with all the upcoming advertisement about to happen in december! I asked around in global and got a few yes' if they'd like to see it implemented!​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I feel like this would be a good addition as it makes us all start to feel like that time of year with the snow around etc, and it'll look good for new players joining to see that we change per festive season. I don't see any negatives at all for it.​
