Im Suggesting to add a Cosmo Coin Voucher as a Voting reward​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It will cut down on the amount of Nstars coming into the economy from voting.

It will also give more incentive to vote - for people which have no interest or need for Nstars, the vote rewards are kinda boring - no hate just feel like this was worth suggesting​

Other information:

perhaps 100 vote points could equate to X amount of cosmo coins​
