Make Statues Available to Rent for ECD
Applications like Spawn Shops
You would have to fill out a application much like a spawn shop rental and spawn shop renewal topic to rent them. I think that the spawns are currently empty and look a little silly with random statue spaces available when you can actually rent the spaces.
Pricing
Keep the prices for all statues at one price so that the applications are easy, but you could buy up to 4-5 months at a time? So that you have to stay active at least 3 times over that year to get the medal.
This would be a good balance between topics for staff to handle and suply and demand based on what price you make them.
Reason:
1. Fills the spawns up and makes it look pretty! :3
2. Good way to get rid of money from the economy as money goes out and now comes in.
3. People will try and get the medals which are now unobtainable.
Other Information:
Nope, just would be nice to be able to rent a statue in the near future.

Could also make the statues that are less desirable a cheaper rate, like what was done when you could purchase them for USD. -

Honestly I would prefer a 4 week max rental (to ensure that whoever is renting actually has to be active the entire year). At the very least it should be 10 weeks max, the same as shops.
I really don't think you should be able to get what has been one of the most time consuming medals to get while only having to check the server 3 or 4 times in an entire year. Sure, you didn't have to check when you were paying USD monthly, but... you were paying USD monthly. Should be something you have to keep up with pretty regularly.
Other than that issue I like this though.-

I would personally rather see them go as prizes for community events. I'd rather see accomplished individuals represented in this way rather than just whoever has money to burn. I realize this has the con of not removing money, but building community via events, rewards, and recognition will lead to a larger community and way more money out.
I'd love to see quarterly events (or maybe 3x a year or even just two), sort of an ecc olympics with the statues recognizing the accomplishment. Each statue spot could represent a separate achievement and the achievements wouldn't all have to be the result of an event.
However still major plus for me because that empty space looks silly.-
