Hm, he's been inactive for over 5 months. .... So there is nothing to be done, I'll just have to move it?

 

Just to clarify, we could just leave this open for a week and if he doesn't respond, I can put the town there because it's assumed he is inactive? Or you mean only if he responds within the week and if he never responds or logs on again that is essentially permanent dead land and I'll still have to move it? Just want to understand the options.
