Hi friends! I am looking to buy someone mayor ASAP in exchange for co-mayorship and ultimately a town transfer. I will also throw in a custom made signature. What this will include prior to finalization is a contract between myself and future mayor stating the following: +85k will be sent to you to be used as mayor +The town claim associated with Mayor will be plotted by me in my sole discretion +Upon creation, I will be co-mayor until money to transfer the town to my name is made and completed. +During the co-mayor period, I will have sole discretion to do as I wish with the town as it will essentially be mine. The town will be a project town and upon completion of the first building(s) you are welcome to choose one to do with as you please (please know there is no time frame for this).
