@postwarpreston, while I understand what your intent with this contract is, there's some duplicate information (restating the terms of the exchange of ECD) and a few missing bits of relevant information. As such, I'd like for you to fix a few of the following issues:

• Specify whether the town is on Main or MainNorth.
• If you intend to use this contract as evidence for a town transfer application, specify that.

@AutumnBobcat will need to reagree to this contract after the changes have been made.
