IGN:@bobman3355 Users Involved in this Contract: @BigB_Man General Purpose of Contract: to ensure that after @BigB_Man pays @bobman3355 250k down payment and then i @bobman3355 give @BigB_Man the melon sword. @BigB_Man then pays 107.14k$ a week for the next 8 weeks. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @bobman3355 agree to give @BigB_Man my melon sword after @BigB_Man pays me 250k down payment The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @BigB_Man agrees to pay me @bobman3355 250k down payment as soon as the contract is approved then 107.14k a week for the next 8 weeks he will be paying to a trade sign made on my house which is at the coordinates x:-10872 y:63 z:4203 in the legacy world . the first payment of @BigB_Man 's plan payment will be on 9/1/14 and @BigB_Man 's final payment will be on 10/20/14 if @BigB_Man is late on a payment @BigB_Man will be charged a late fee of 2.5k per late day. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @bobman3355 Could you please specify when BigB_Man will be paying you the down payment, (example: as soon as this contract is approved) As well as the date of the first and last down payments and how they will be paid. (example: Directly to you at a specific time, a payment sign, etc) @BigB_Man After the contract is edited, you will need to sign again. Please be sure to tag your name in your next agreement.

@bobman3355 You still need to specify when BigB_Man will be paying you the down payment, (example: as soon as this contract is approved) Also please have the sign set up for the payments to be made and post the cordinates in this thread.
