The delegates have been warned. The zodiac guards are on alert. Report to the president and update him on the situation personally. The president should be overseeing the Midsummer Festival at the Royal Festival Grounds in Tauron. Find him in the Presidential Observation Box.
This was just a mini-quest in preparation for the final midsummer quest which will be coming soon. If you've got that far, then there's no further steps after that
