Personally feel like 3mil+ is on the steep side for a 3rd row shop, but I am very interested in trying to come to a deal. I can offer a mix of features/cash/star tools, or just cash. Would you interested in a mix, or just want straight up cash?

Considering that a row 2 spawn shop is selling for 3.27m right now and a row 4 is only worth ~500k, I would put a 3rd row shop anywhere from 1-2m.

Alright, because there seems to be two ends in terms of pricing, I'll leave my input.
I owned this shop, and I've owned a shop in pretty much every notable range other than the first row. 3rd row shops are very very good for their price, but as any shop, they take time to get used to. I sold this shop to Sinder for 1.8m, and bought it for 2m on a partial plan, I wouldn't have sold it for less than 2.25m. My current shop, a 2nd row, I bought for 3.5m. I make about 200-250k a week form it, versus my 150k a week from the 3rd row. Honestly, I'd say it's worth it to buy a 2nd row for 3.5m, rather than a 3rd row for 3m+. That being said, a 3rd row in the low-mid 2mil is still a good idea. -
You know its the user looking that count? and also its great amount of money. I make around 100-250k profit a week.

Tbh, I would've been happy to go through with the deal *then*. While I am still somewhat interested in a prime shop... Some of my "friends" whom a shall not mention... have persuaded me it is not worth 3million. 1-2million has been what people have been suggesting lately... I can do a payment plan with 500k down.
