IGN: @OConner1279 Users Involved in this Contract: @rokotako02 Terms of the contract: @rokotako02 will rent @OConner1279 a plot from y-level -63 to y-level 63, across the whole length and width of the town. @OConner1279 will be entitled to exclusively mine ores from the plot and will be allowed to destroy any blocks needed to mine those ores. @OConner1279 will be allowed to set mining flags in the plot. @OConner1279 agrees to pay @rokotako 70,000 ECD within 24 hours of contract approval. @OConner1279 and @rokotako02 understand that ECC Rules prohibit the perpetual transfer of town plots without a town ownership transfer.
