What is Minewars?:
MineWars is the Server's first and only successful adaptation of the real-world auction of "storage lockers" on ECC. 10 lockers and 1 premium locker are loaded with goodies worth at least $50,000 and auctioned off to the public. Bids are placed in local chat, and the highest bidder wins all the items, blocks, and entities found inside the locker.

Each normal locker is 10x11x8, and worth a minimum of $50,000.
The Premium Locker is 22x21x10 and worth a minimum of $250,000.

In the summer of 2012, after the rise of TV Shows like "Storage Wars" and "Locker Wars," ECC Users Jetscat and Welikeike22 teamed together to form "MineWars". The idea kicked off quickly, and the first Minewars, held during July of 2012, was a massive success featuring rare and collectible hacked blocks, enchanted tools, and massive quantities of valuable blocks.

Over the years, Minewars had a variety of supporters and featured popular users, administrators, and the server-owner creating lockers including everything from coupons for the server store to premium features, server gift-cards, and even the server's first star tool; a EFF 7 Pickaxe.

That's right, the first owner of a Star Tool WON IT at a MineWars!

MineWars continued successfully for over 4 years until it went on hiatus in 2014. Now, we're coming back bigger and better than ever in Main North starting September 2019, with a whole new location, new events, promotions, media advertisements, and more!

Despite all the copy-cats, the failures, the mimics and the attempted "rebirths" by those un-involved, we are the only successful MineWars to maintain the trust of our people.

Where every copycat has failed, ours has succeeded.

Our directors are extremely stringent about the standards of those lockers made, and many times we've lost money in the interest of maintaining our standards.

You will be required to spend, at minimum, $50,000 per locker. We highly encourage that you spend more than that on each locker in order to maintain the reputation of our organization, and your lockers will be inspected twice (once when you declare it "finished", and once before the MineWars is about to begin). If your locker is found to breach our stringent quality standards, you will be ejected from the team.

The MineWars Administration will take a 10% commission from the monies made on your locker, and you will receive the other 90%.
