Minecraft Username: @Canadian_Apple Brief Description: Can't mine 26.2 Sulfur (sandstone) blocks in VMR with eff5 pickaxe. The block instabreaks but does not actually break. Using a normal diamond pickaxe does not recreate this issue. Also mining 26.2 cinnabar (granite) does not have this issue. Instructions: Have Eff5 diamond pickaxe in VMR Mine 26.2 sulfur How many times did you recreate this?: Many times Result: Blocks do not break. Expected Result: Blocks should break Evidence: Go to VMR and test.
@Canadian_Apple I am unable to re-create, both Cinnabar and Sulfur are dropping normally with a plain diamond pickaxe and eff5 pickaxe in VMR. Is your client updated to 26.2? Usually new items have weird visuals on older versions and we always recommend playing on the latest version.
@ClarinetPhoenix Currently at work, I will check later today when I'm home. The blocks are textured as sandstone and granite for me, so likely an older version?
Confirmed I'm on 26.1.2. I'm sure I wouldn't have this problem on 26.2. I think insta-breaking the sandstone placer for sulfur doesn't register quick enough, since it's acting as a pseudo sulfur block. Since mining world doesn't contain sulfur, I'm only able to test it in vmr...of which I don't have the tools to test.
