    Suggestion:there should be other ways of donating to the server like donating to the server by using accounts like Google play, iTunes and maybe amazons etc
    Reason:
    i think it would be a good thing because it gives way more options for kids to use their own money when they donate for a kit/special feature
    Other Information:
    i am only 14 and my mom doesn't like to use her credit card so it gives credit card free options to pay.

    Apple and Google take ~33% of the money from purchases, and andrew has said that it's not going to happen. I don't know how amazon cards would work for purchases, but if possible, why not? :p

    Itunes and Google Play can only be used for ITunes and Google play products. Even if the fee wasn't applied, it still wouldn't work. Plus, I don't think amazon cards work with BuyCraft.

    There's already so many payment options out there that you can use. Since you want iTunes and things of that nature, you can use the "GoogleWallet" thing. I'm not sure how it works, but I'm assuming it's something where you put money on it to buy things. That's compatible with ECC.

    @knears2000 yeah they already have Google wallet but i tried to use that but you have to put ur social security number in so if a kid that is not 18 yet or does not have a job like me wouldn't be able to use it but on amazon iTunes and Google play etc they could make apps that are just for donating to the server.

    I wish this could happen but probably won't. I have never used one, but you can buy pre paid debt cards in grocery stores, or ask your parents to use there credit card.

    I personally think that its a good thing that kids cant spend money on ECC without their parents knowledge. Some kids don't understand the value of money and will see everybody talking about how cool fly ($60) is, and buy it.

    No. Kids learn the value of money by their parents or teachers. They don't learn the value of money by something thats constantly asking for money.

    @thehockeykids2 I dont ask my parents for stuff because i mow my lawn for money and my neighbors lawn. i only ask for stuff on my birthday and on christmas. And also my parents have never taught me value of money Nor my teachers. The way i learned aboUt the value of money was for working from it and looking at how the economy is inflating

    Not saying that it applied to everyone, just most kids these days. Heck, there's even adults I know that don't know the value of money. Also, many MANY people I know in high school do not understand it. Perhaps you do with your experience, but for the average kid?
