Not sure what you meant by “in pvp,” but any lost items from pvp’ing other players are not refundable iirc. If I am wrong about that, however, you would need to post an own code for your tool(s) as that is basically the only way to find lost items.
ahme008d reached out to us via forum PM to inquire about what happened to his items. I did conclude he did die in a pvp zone(the pvpdesert) and his items fell into the lava there.
You’ll need to get new items, and next time not fall in Lava. We don’t give free things away just because you died...
