Your build is great! Great price you got on the parts too.

 

Just my thoughts:
- Water cooling isn't included by default with Intel processors. There's a stock heatsink, but nothing fancy. Plus, water cooling is only really needed for an overclocked processor.
- PSU is a bit overkill at 730W...you should be able to get away with an EVGA 500-600W 80+ Bronze (PCPartPicker can give you an exact amount). That could shave a few dollars off for my next point.
- From a graphics card standpoint, I'd personally pair your 6700 with an RX480 if you don't mind going Red Team and if it's cheaper than a 1050ti. (I know some countries the price on the RX 480s is outrageous). This is a decent comparison of the two cards. Don't get me wrong, the 1050ti is great, but my recent research for building my own PC shows that an RX470/480 is the best value at that price range. They also might go down with the RX 5xx series refresh due at the beginning of the second quarter.

Up to you in the end, but a nice build. Hopefully it lasts you a while.
