Can someone tell me how to create a town. I'm just asking because I haven't played in a few months and I'm just getting back into ECC
You need the mayor rank. From then on you fill out an application which explains it all. Basically just mark 4 posts with a sign and your town is inside. Put the coords of each post in the application. it's simple. You'll figure it out along the way.
You don't really have to count blocks. Just look at the coords and add 200 (or subtract 200) by/to each coord. It's easier that way. Just a tip
