@Raccooy will provide @OConner1279 with 5,100 netherstars by 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on December 19th, 2025.

@OConner1279 will pay Raccooy $18,360,000 ECD by January 17th, 2026 (11:52 p.m. E.S.T.). For every day @OConner1279 is late, a $200,000 late fee will be charged, up to 7 days late. The late fees will be due on January 24th, 2026, at 11:49:07 P.M. E.S.T.

If @OConner1279 fails to pay Raccooy after late fees have been assessed, @Raccooy may file a complaint against @OConner1279.

@OConner1279 may make payments to Raccooy in the following ways:
1. Netherstars given to Raccooy, which will discharge the debt at a rate of $3,600/netherstar.
2. ECD arrows, which will discharge the debt according to their face value
3. Sendable Boosts, which will discharge the debt at a rate of 5,750,000 per sendable boost
4. EcoDollars, provided that any direct ECD transfers must take place 01/04/2026
