New Player Joins Broadcasted Everywhere​

What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting we make the new (meaning first time on ECC) player joins broadcasted network-wide, so they're able to properly be welcomed to ECC. As it stands currently, new player join messages only go through main north (considering they're on 1.16.4) and it's hard to make those players feel welcome.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I feel like small and simple changes like this could increase a player's chance to find a friend and also have the potential to increase player retention.​
