Denied [Network Wide Suggestion] Use Of Trade Chat - 5 Minute Cooldown

What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:

Network Wide

Short title for your suggestion:

Use Of Trade Chat - 5 Minute Cooldown

What are you suggesting:

Only one message can be sent in /ch tr every 5 minutes on a cooldown timer

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

From those impatient souls that cannot mentally time 5 minutes to save their own lives, to those builders that are unsure why they are the only ones talking in dark grey text, such players are irritating and a waste of time for mods (or be it those who have applied for mod and will stop helping when the app gets denied) to deal with.

Much like the auction cooldown, I am simply suggesting that Trade chat is one message per 5 minutes. No more shall we have to see a spam of ads, nor shall there be any more builders chatting in trade.

Furthermore if the automated response, when a second message is sent within the 5 minute window, explains that casual chat goes in Global and Trade is simply for ads, saying to someone "get out of /ch tr" will no longer be a thing.

Not only does it benefit those attempting to control the chat system, but it benefits those trying to push out ads without being too irritating. To be able to monitor a 5 minute cooldown from the server would save us from glancing at the time every few moments...has it been 5 minutes yet?

Other information:

Since this is quite a simple suggestion, I am wondering if there is a reason it has not been implemented before :/
