I just tried out the buff on magic shears to give more honeycomb and I am still getting only three per shearing. I am trying this at warp isolermia (main) where I have a bunch of hives setup (-3426, 14528, 64). I tried re-placing hives and that didn't work either. Based on my suggestion, I am expecting to get 6 honeycomb, not three. Thanks.
Can confirm that only 3 honeycombs are dropping when sheared using magic shears. Tried on newly created hives, and a fresh pair of magic shears.
Thanks @andrewkm ! I am getting 6 honeycomb now but I am also getting a pissed off red eyed bee with 'em. I'm pretty sure this shouldn't happen when shearing a hive over a fire. This makes the bees more likely to escape their hive house and stack with others. Not ideal but I may be the only person that cares or notices.
Looks like I forgot to rewrite the check for that, shamefully a lot of these little things end up requiring re-implementing vanilla behavior
that said, i'm losing bees left and right because of their rage. Hopefully you can fix this or else it won't be practical to use it.
