It would probably have to be manually given to people unless you could create a /kit that has limited use? That way you guys dont have to keep track on who you give it to and who has it already. I am not sure what rewards to give because i dont really know how highly people view being a member for 1,2 and 3 year and what award relates to it...
This is a great idea! The first thing I noticed when I joined ECC was that there seemed to be many veteran players on the server. That got me thinking 'Hmm This server must be very fun and addictive to keep that many people active over such a long period of time' and motivated me to keep on trying harder at the beginning when I was so lost and didn't know what to do. The medals will be a great way to congratulate veteran players for their continuing commitment and to motivate newly joined members to keep on playing on this wonderful server. So, in short, a definite +1 for me
