Users who outright admit to being the alt of a banned user to bypass are banned right away. With those who do not it is a complicated matter because they utilize things like vpns to bypass our ability to keep them out or identify them and they have to be banned based on their own actions.

 

Well, it can be a pretty complicated matter. Send any screenshots you think might help to staff members online at the time. But I mean it's a concern we have and something we try to take care of as quickly as possible. But there must be evidence.

 

Its protocol as @oootopia said can't change anything about that, as much as I agree with you man its a pretty messed up system, its just the rules that staff must follow. Even if the alts admit that they are hacking/are alts or more, they must have solid information and cannot go on just one thing that users say or that the alt him/herself said.

 

This isn't even close to being correct. You shouldn't post if you clearly don't know what you're talking about.

 

Admitting to hacking/being an alt of a banned account would be enough evidence to get you banned, no questions asked.
