As a few of you may know, I am building a Medieval town named Colhen. Well, in my town, I would like to have town "ranks." These ranks are: Military Advisor, Trade Advisor, Potion Master, Blacksmith, and Librarian. Military and Trade Advisors, as well as Potion Master and Librarian have been picked, and Blacksmith is open! Blacksmith Details: Make tools/armor to sell(must use in-town shop). I get 10% of sales. Blacksmith and Librarian can work together to enchant tools/armor. 80% of sales goes to the Blacksmith and Librarian which can be split however they want, and I get 10%. Town staff will get free perms to the future town farm. Everyone who applies, keep this is in mind: the Blacksmith will be responsible for crafting tools/armor. The Librarian will be responsible for making/enchanting books. In turn, the Blacksmith and Librarian will be required to work together to enchant the tools and armor. I will add "donation chests" with the winners' names, as a sort of in-store catalog. If I sell anything from your shops, I would like 10% of the sell price(if you feel this is too much and/or unfair, please let me know)

The 3 roles that have any real responsibility are Librarian, Blacksmith, and Potion Master. Trade Advisor and Military Advisor are the 2 people I trust most on ECC.
