Official EcoMall Rental agreement thread

NOTICE: @block_crusher is now the new owner of Ecomall. Congratulations to @block_crusher.

For those considering a lease with the Ecomall, please read the rules, then complete the application. No leases will be allowed without a post in this thread agreeing to the rules and lease agreement.

ECC Ecomall - Brainchild of @Torzon, designed and built by @BuildsByGideon (I recommend him to anyone!!!).

Important Note: You must be ranked Resident or higher, as Builders can not create trade signs. While we'd love to have you in the mall, it wouldn't be fair to rent you a stall and you not be able to place trade signs (this is a server setting, not one created by Ecomall ownership).

EcoMall rules:

1. No swearing and no griefing.
2. Stay in your plot. No structural changes are to be made to the mall itself. Trade signs hanging on your exterior wall if you choose to have one are legal and do not break the rule.
3. Don't change any block that isn't yours.
4. No breaking any server rules.
5. No selling or subleasing your shop. If you need out of your lease, speak to Torzon or Joshuwat.
6. Maximum of 2 Obsidian blocks per shop.
7. If you are offline more than 14 days, you will be evicted.
8. Missing 2 weeks of rent results in eviction.
9. Rent is due on Monday of each week. Pay using the sign provided in your shop.
10. If you are evicted, all shop items become the property of EcoMall, and all trade sign contents will be taken by the server.
11. You may build as you see fit in your shop.
12. NEW LEASE TERM for new tenants: Must agree to a minimum of 4 weeks paid rent. You still get 1 week to setup shop.

NEW APPLICATION TERM for applicants: Don't spam the inbox of EcoMall staff. Sometimes we are busy or in the middle of something in game ourselves, so be patient. Spamming inboxes or PMs in game will result in your application being denied. We will get to you within 2 days (usually within an hour).

These rules are in place to protect you, your customers, and myself. Let's make this a great success!

Two 1st floor anchor stores (30x30, red and blue) are available as all other parties have either purchased or declined at this time.

Shop Sizes:
1. 30x30 - $5000.00 non-refundable deposit (includes 1st week rent), $2000.00 per week, 3 Month lease then week to week. $5000.00 to move in. You will then have 1 week to setup shop at no charge, with your first rent payment due on the 3rd Monday after signing a lease and being approved.
2. 20x20 - $1500 a week (not available yet, limited number will be available).
3. 15x15 - $1250 a week. Some availability now, others will be ready in a few days.
4. 7x7 - $600 per week. Some available now.
5. 5x5 Kiosk - $400 per week. Some available now.
6. 5x5 Kiosk, Resident special - $300 per week for 2 months, then regular rental fee. Many available now. This is a special offer for our residents to give them an opportunity to trial running their own shop!

Remember, you are allowed to decorate your shop anyway you would like with no more than 2 Obsidian blocks. Get creative and draw customers!
