I understand and thank you fir your opinion, maybe to fix part of it, you must be president + or something, so users don't just stay mayor and get there portal. I feel this suggestion would benefit a lot of users with large towns, trying to expand and make the life of their members easuer and more enjoyable while bring apart of their town. That's what in trying to do but this makes it harder.
And to add to that, it would be different with say changing buffer for example, As a lot more users have invested in it, rather than this, where maybe 1-8 users have applied for it?
Many many users have applied for town transfers and claims. This would result in 3 years worth of applicants paying for what users are now given at a much reduced cost.
Like i said We should only allow Portal Apps Nothing ELSE if this happens it would cut down on the amount of new towns made and thats good.
Except it is not only every player who has applied for a transfer, it is every player who has ever bought a town more expensive than around 85k from the server.
Many of us here do not believe it a stupid rule from the past. I do not understand how a president with about a year and a half would not know the rules (which are agreed to have been read and understood many times) and would choose to ignore the rules and expect them changed because of those decisions. The rules that have been in place is what keeps this server the best economy server around and provides safety and consistency for our game play.
Let me get this straight, I don't know the rules, and I ignore them, and I expect every rule I don't like to be changed? Please get off my thread. Just sad someone with your experience would say something like this.
A while ago, on a similar thread, I saw something that interested me. I think it was a GA+ who said it, would need to check. The main message: About 50% of the server's restart time is portal-related. The differentiation between legal and official owners is a necessary disadvantage. With this in mind, -1.
I asked a moderators opinion, they stated town move apps are used rarely. You say that you and the rest that bought. Could you back that up with a few people who app'd? I doubt more than 5 the last few months, if even. I saw maybe 2 filed right when it opened. A few every few months or so.
