Ostenstadt AKA Spawn town #1 (previously known as BuildersSquare and owned by Wholehog) is now up for auction! This town is among the only four towns that directly border the gates at spawn.

I've set up a warp at /warp builderssquare so you guys can check out the town yourself.

Bidding starts at $500,000
Increments are $50,000 minimum.
Bidding ends once it has been 48 hours since the last valid bid.
You must have the money on-hand in your ingame balance or/and bank balance for your bid to be valid.
