What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    Other
    Short title for your suggestion:
New City Server Nether Stars Regulations
    What are you suggesting:
The short: allow nether stars to be bought from the star casino (or somewhere) for a set price and not allow nether stars to be /sell hand or traded to the server for experience or sold anyway automatically to the server. As for a price? How much do you want star tools to be again? With a new server should be a new economy. If we made the new server the same way with the same prices, the economy and its prices will stay the same. New server, new economy.

I suggest being able to buy nether stars from the server directly at the star casino. I know what a lot of people are going to say, no let the player market run it as it always has; personally, I love the idea of not doing this watching it be affected by the player market, having the prices rise and then fall. But I love the time of $300 Nether Stars too. Not so much that "Oh hey cheap star tools again" but for the economy not to relapse again to $600 nether stars, oh but no ones buying, everyone's selling, there's no more move, it's a bull run market. Players on skyblock vote the keys, they can trade the Nether Stars to someone main side for more vote keys, or sell them for $600 each get $3,000 every day (Because vote 5 was always a problem) and buy 200 stacks of dirt for $15 a piece (or any other block) causing that price to rise ($10 dirt used to be ok pricing, now is pure luck) because no one wants to stock it every day.

Then there's the counter, its a player economy, let it run itself. I agree, but how many people honestly even buy from players these days. We've all heard it "I just buy from the spawn shop" or "Just get colored items at the spawn shop". Color items at the spawn shop have always been better. Honestly, we buy it there then market it up in our shops at either the same price or slightly higher. Or Experience, since its a Nether Stars for x Amount (I forget currently and server is down) the price of experience stayed at $1 to $1.50 (It used to be $800 per 1k, but at last that was some time ago I admit.) this also leads to Nether Stars being locked at a higher price above whatever experience is being sold for because you could trade for experience, then just sell the experience for money.

As for a price on what should nether stars be; who knows. Whats the difference between setting a price at the spawn shop or letting the players set the price without it come to the new server? Since you can trade for experience, the price of experience will set the price, this will probably again lead back to the market of today: Nether Stars for $650 each (Or $950 if your station 17) then the problem will come around again. Nether star prices will be too high, star tools cost too much because the server is starting over, but this time without any previous star tools. Whereas if we set the price at the spawn shop (This case the star casino) at I don't know $350, it will challenge the market to sell lower then $350. $350 to low? Make it $400. Players then won't be able to /vote, sell the nether stars for lots of money to buy huge amounts of other items (Dirt as stated above), instead, they sell it lower than $400, maybe $350, and use that too buy what they need in smaller amounts or even better yet, maybe even save their nether stars for star tools.

The key: Be able to buy nether stars from the server at a set price, but not be able to sell it back to the server whether that will be via /sell hand for $250 or to a sign for experience. Change experience to cash or maybe even diamonds or better yet: Emeralds!

Another effect this will have is breath new found air into the economy for our new City Server, instead of it just emulating the old. New server, new economy.

But hey at the end of it all this is just a suggestion.
This will probably be edited after I post it to better express some ideas/reasonings.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Keeps the economy fresh for the new city server.
    Other information:
Don't agree on a price/setup? Suggest a price down below. Its stands now at $650 to $800 depending who you buy from. But maybe $350 too low, we really want 1 million star tools again? Well, the server didn't start with nether stars at $650, in fact, players would /sell hand or sell them for $300 in shops back in ye olden days. This is a new server, it needs a new economy. If we don't change the nether star prices officially, it will just emulate or go back to the old price of the old server.

We are not taking suggestions for the City server until we have an official place for it.
Rest assured you will have plenty of time to help shape the new city server in an official way! Your voice will be heard once we have a forum and form ready for this specifically :)!
