+1 There should also be a command for the user that has temp perms to find out how much time they have left like /rg [town name] time or /rg [town name]t- Something along those lines
I asked wizjany, an author/maintainer for WorldGuard, about this back in December when the suggestion first came up. He said it was possible with the current API, but would not be added to the current WorldGuard. This was a few months ago, so he may decide to add it if Andrew were to request it and show how many people support this suggestion.
The only thing I would be concerned about with this is what would happen during a server restart? would the person lose their temp perms during that period, or could they lose the time it took for the server to get back up. that would be at a loss for someone buying perms, as they would have less time to farm, or someone who payed someone to do something for them, less things would get done... maybe have a warning advising to not do any temp perms until after the restart.. Another suggestion is for the person activating the temp perms to pause the timer, if possible, just in case the person getting work done for them is concerned that the person will grief while their gone or do other things. This could also be used to help with scam situations, have the user pay back time by spending his time doing a certain task for a user and must get so and so done within the time allowed.
I think we shouldn't. Don't tag people in suggestions because you want them to see it, especially not the higher admins, only tag people who have something to do with the suggestion.
It would probably be based on system time.. If their was a restart during your running timer your out those 3 minutes.
