    im trying to connect to ecc but it says "Your IP address (**************) is flagged as unsafe by spamhaus.org/xbl please fix this error

    That is a very interesting error. There is absolutely NO reason what-so-ever that ECC should be using an "email" spam list for the minecraft server.

    On a side note, this could be indicative of you having a virus on your computer (maybe previously). You should scan every computer on your network.

    Seems there are more players than just him experiencing this, and it also appears MC and various other multiplayer games use their services. I may have found a solution.

    Steps to get rid of this:
    1.) Get your IP address from this site: http://www.whatismyip.com/
    2.) Copy your IP address
    3.) Go to the spamhaus site here http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/
    4.) Paste your IP address under the lookup box. Should take care of what you need.

    I don't think ECC is using it, I think Minecraft login servers are. I've seen users who had this exact error a long time ago, and I don't believe Andrew had anything to do with it occuring.
