Thread title: Polarbear spawn Minecraft Username: @Mysticgoli123 Brief Description: Set up a spawner, placed polarbear spawners. They dont spawn as they should Instructions: 1. Places spawners around dirt, nothing happened 2. Changed dirt to ice, they spawn very very randomly, ice melts so added packed ice 3. no regular spawning was happening 4. Played around with lighting/spacing variables - no change How many times did you recreate this? @HyruleanHero helped work through instructions listed and nothing seemed to make any difference Result: Placed spawners, no regular spawn happened Expected Result: Place spawner and be overrun by polarbears Evidence: Can provide tp to spawner if required
They aren't spawning on grass blocks. I'll see if I can bribe someone into getting me a video, or can tp you to spawner
After further examination, it appears Polar Bears need access to the sky to spawn from spawners now. I'll speak with the our Dev to see if this is something we can change/modify, but I suspect not. No promises.
