I am so overstocked on potions and would appreciate you helping out with the poll and the thread discussion if you are interested. Currently overstocked: SwePot - Potion of Swiftness (8:00) @ +20% speed Sw2Pot - Potion of Swiftness (1:30) @ +40% speed FePot - Potion of Fire Resistance (8:00) NePot - Potion of Night Vision (8:00) I would prefer to sell these in lots of 36 (inventory) at a time. Please make me an offer if you are interested or at least tell me what they are worth. The swiftness/speed potions are good to use in the End. You could advertise to people who don't have Elytras. I have a double chest full though. I haven't seen many people buying in my experience but I'd personally base the price on the ingredients required plus a few extra dollars because they don't need to brew it. (P.S. Potions can't be stacked or sold in trade signs. Keep that in mind when selling! ) Edit: Based on your post I think you know this ^
Yeah, I don't see too many people wanting potions. I used to use them all the time before getting features... Water breathing Night vision Fire resistance Swiftness All great potions that I used to sell in my shop for around $3 each. Then trade signs stopped working for them and they have just been setting around my vault collecting dust as I have absolutely no use for them. I will occasionally pass these out to builders/residents who don't have features or if I hire workers in a dark area, it's easier for me to pass out NV potions. I believe it was @amarta0811 who recently found out the joys of potion drinking. :3 (My memory is so horrible, I hope it was you), they might be interested in buying some off you Admiral, other than that... I don't really know anyone. Could always make up care packages (chests) for builders/residents with different potions to sample and tell them if they want more, come back to you and charge them $1 a potion or something? They help you to help them?
Thank you Lady! I especially love the idea of including these in a "care" package. I had also forgot about the water breathing potion - I just found loads of these also, though it would be much harder to sell these for $3 each. Thank you for your always helpful discussion.
When I did potion orders before the end Nerf I did 2k a double chest. But not anymore due to the end nerf nobody ends anymore.
Agreed. I sold them for $3 each a few years ago. Tho they still were not very popular back then either, but people bought them here and there. Probably more like $1 now or even half that. As always you are very welcome.
