Darn you @jrg5978 and @thehockeykids2 for posting jam... saw this thread and instantly wanted to do that xD Otherwise i feel hipster and i listen to a lot of Lupe Fiasco and related (Frank Ocean <3)
Frank Ocean is amazing. I went and saw Twenty One Pilots a couple weeks ago, they were opening for Panic at the Disco, and dayum do they put on a show. I've been jamming to "Migraine", "Holding Onto You", and "Guns For Hands" on repeat lately. I love the mix they throw in of rock, hip hop, and EDM, it really flows well.
This has been out about 6 days now and I have been 6 days jamming. What is currently my jam depends a lot on my mood. Songs come and go. Music has a huge part of my life and majority of my memories have something to do with music I was listening in that period. A playlist for example. I memorize emotions through music.. because I listen to it all the time. About genres.. Tbh I listen to everything. That includes, classical (ballades), jazz, classical rock, old-school hip-hop, even some old-school rap. Coming more into present genres - trance, house, tech, liquid drum and bass, house tech. When I was younger I used to wonder in the wonderlands of hardstyle, hardcore, psytrance and hardtrance, but that was only for about a year... fun year though. What else... I have a music collection starting from early 2000s, there is over 40gb-s worth of music, which I don't listen to that much anymore. The days of stationary/downloadable music are done. It's all about stream now when you are after the new vibes. Spotify, soundcloud to name a few. About Ylvis.. The Fox song is sheit, media hype. This is Ylvis in it's full glory: @KvBillo That Kanye's album was great and is it one of the few mainstream albums I have truly enjoyed over the last 8 years maybe. I don't listen to mainstream at all anymore.
ReUploaded mine as for some reason, it was being blocked.... Lemme hear everyone else's jams! *not a necro*
First I heard this jam less than a year ago(release), but it keeps coming back. Since this music, and video, is very progressive it takes 2-3 minutes to get in and for the story to start evolving. But IMHO it is grand and worth the time. Few parts of the video may not be suitable for some audience.. this is just a notation, I don't know if it's actually necessary. Like it or not, it is real life. For this kinda music fans, I strongly advise listening through headphones, or quality audio, otherwise you will miss a lot.
