User profiles used to have a "Previous Username" tab to see name changes if the player had changed their name. However this tab is no longer visible. I've also noticed that when people change their names, their custom forum title changes to "Previously <name>", maybe this is related in some way.
That's most certainly being done manually - which seems a little silly as it would be very easy to add a field on the user box (this thing) specifically for previous usernames. It would also support multiple usernames which the forum title does not
The addon that handled this had a major rewrite recently. Perhaps it is a bug with that rewrite. I've filed a support ticket with the author just now as it is a paid add-on and expect to have an answer within 24-48 hours.

Are forum titles still going to be changed? If they're not, how long will it take until they revert back to the rank? Just thought I'd point that out as there's not really a need for this anymore.
This is broken again https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/members/zevzero.34941/ Click ont he Previous names and it comes up as bookmarks. Click the bookmarks tab and you get the previous names
for me bookmarks and past names are switched, so i click bookmarks and i can see past names and i click past names and it shows me their bookmarks
Was this done by @Moderator 's ? If so, staff please revert this if users request a revert. PS: I believe you should be able to change this yourself as well if you have Forum Premium.
@ZevZero I have now disabled auto previous username titling and ran a cleanup that should have reverted all those who had a temporary title assigned.
