Instructions: When someone PM's you, you do /r and type in all caps and it works How many times did you recreate this bug?: Many without fail. Over 10 Result: When I did /r and typed something in caps it sent in caps. Expected Result: I expected for it to be in lowercase like all the others if it passes the caps limit. Evidence: N/A can show in-game if needed.
