Terms of the Contract:

The contract will begin on 12/27/2020
@BrokeMel will give Magic L1 rod (#KHSZP5FD) to @drodude and @drodude agrees to pay 25,000,000 ECD to @BrokeMel
@drodude will pay in full 25,000,000 ecd to @BrokeMel by 1st of February 2021.
When paid in full @BrokeMel will transfer the /own of the item to @drodude

@drodude will pay 5 mil ecd upfront to @BrokeMel once this contract is approved.
Then @drodude will make weekly payments of 4mil ECD for 5 weeks to @BrokeMel by 12pm Monday EST via a chestshop at X:8087 Y: 63 Z: 8300 on main rising world

If the Magic L1 rod (#KHSZP5FD) is broken or lost, @drodude is required to complete all remaining payments to @BrokeMel

If @drodude misses 2 payments in a row @BrokeMel can contact an SA and re-claim the Magic L1 rod (#KHSZP5FD).
But @BrokeMel understands she cannot re-claim the tool under any other circumstance.

if @BrokeMel successfully reclaims the tool, @drodude is not eligible to receive any refund of previous payments, and @BrokeMel will not file a complaint against @drodude
