Terms of the contract:
- Coow_Coow will pay @ 235k within 24hrs after this contract is approved
- Coow_Coow will send all info for the town over discord pm
- @brouse98 will apply for mayor within 48hrs after receiving payment from Coow_Coow
- @brouse98 will add Coow_Coow as owner of the town within 24hrs of the town being placed
- @brouse98 agrees they lose all ownership of the future town after adding Coow_Coow to the town/when the town transfer gets approved
- If the application gets denied for any reason, Coow_Coow can request a refund if requested @brouse98 has 24hrs to return 235k . The contract will be voided in this case.
- This contract is used as proof for an official town transfer app
