[Official] Quackk's Building Business Status: Offline - Thread Reworked Background Information: Hello! I just rejoined ECC around 8/20/17 after a long time of absence. Over that time of absence I've either been on other Minecraft servers or just doing IRL things. On the other Servers I were playing, I have taken building to a much higher level and it resulted in starting to build for a developer which he'd feature my builds in his servers. Then I decided to leave that for school reasons and just more life reasons that furthered me from minecraft. But now I'm back, and ECC caught my attention and I just missed the community so much that I had to join it again. During my time of absence from ECC, my building has improved SO much that I'm excited to share my building with the community! Business Information: In this business, I will be using my skills to the best as I can to make every finished project the greatest it can be and also satisfy the customer to whom I am building for. How I charge builds depends on multiple factors which I will get to in a minute. Why choose me over other builders: I feel that my advantage over other builders is my style to building. On this server there are lots of great builders but I see my style as unique because it has a more natural look to builds. By natural, I talk about two things, the build itself, but mainly the terrain work around my build. All of the terrain that I will be doing to make my builds for you look extra nice will be completely free!! And terrain work is one of my specialties and most of you will enjoy the looks of it with the build itself. You will see some of my terrain work shortly after we discuss pricing. Charge of Services: I charge my builds by the following factors: Spoiler: Factors - Size of build - Materials needed for build - Time taken for build (This factor is in very few scenario's) Disclaimer: Exact prices are discussed in-game through /msg so I can see the size of build and other details of build. Examples of Pricing: (Materials needed goes off size & price of blocks) Spoiler: Pricing Small build (10x10 - 20x20): 10-20k Materials needed: Around 5k Total of: 15-25k Medium build (25x25 - 35x35): 25-50k Materials needed: 10-15k Total of: 35-65k Large build (40x40 - 100x100): 50-100k+ (Estimated) Materials needed: 20-35k (Estimated) Total of: 70-135k+ (Estimated) Terrain work with build: FREE!! If in need of Terraforming, just make an application and we'll discuss prices in-game!! Disclaimer: All of these prices are estimated but the small and medium builds are closer estimates compared to the large build estimates. Although when we discuss a build through forum messaging and in-game messaging we can tinker around with the prices to make them lower or higher so we can decide the best outcome.
