    Can you vote a receive stars even if you are not on eco city craft?

    You can vote.
    When you vote make sure for have Space for Nstars, and more spots just incase u get super lucky or such

    When you vote offline it saves what u got, so when you log on it will give you ALL your nstars and other prizes
