Brief Description:
I was flying, turned off fly and fell into a web, as I was moving through the web I died. I was in flames on the death screen.
Instructions:
Fly above a web
Fall into it
Press shift a few times
Die a fire-y death (sometimes it teleports to spawn instead) (sometimes there is no fire, but the first time there was)

Upon death, items do not fall but they are disappeared.
