ShopCentral shopping district​

What is ShopCentral?
ShopCentral is a new town I started as a shopping district where people could trade, hang out, and lose their money. Currently looking for SCT members for the following departments:
Administration department
The administration department is in charge of recruiting new SCT members, managing the management team, and overseeing all operations.

Management department
The main duty of the management team is to facilitate all SC operations. This includes, but is not limited to the other development teams.
Building department
As a SC Building team member, you help build for the town and manage all extensions and expansions of SC
Tools department
When on the tools department, you are expected to facilitate all tool rentals. If you are a tool rental partner, that means that you contribute your tools to SC tools for your own financial gain.

LockBox department
SC offers a free single chest LockBox to all shop owners/renters. The job of the LockBox department is to give these shop owners their free vault and make sure nobody steals anything.
Bank department
Bank department members need to facilitate loans and deposits to SC bank and log everything into the SC Bank Vault. As a bank partner, you provide high amounts of money at a lower interest rate to SC Bank.

Services
Loans: Offering loans up to 100k at a 16% rate
Tool rental (now partnering with @frenchhornplayer!): Renting out the following: Star rod, eff7, and msword. Check out the prices at /warp shopcentral tool hut. Also, you will get a discount if you have erep, pyro+ tombstone or fly features.
Shops: You can only get legacy shops and booths currently, but rental shops will be coming out 7/25/19, so stay tuned!!


ECD donations/legacy shops
Due to the current mall situation, all shops will now be sold individually and donation perks will be added up depending on total donated amount.
Legacy shop purchase
1x 20x20 shop - $10000
2x 20x20 shop - $25000
1x 5x5 booth - $6000
2x 5x5 booth - $15000
Warp shop (near /warp shopcentral) - $75000
Generous donation - $100-$1000000
Early access pass - $150000
Private mall reservation - $100000 + $500000
Donation perks
Donation board - $20000+
Sponsor sign near /warp shopcentral - $200000+
Handwritten thank you note from me - $500000+
Discounts
You will get a 2k discount for a booth if you currently have a shop, or a 1k discount for a shop if you currently have both.

Mall booths 4/6 5x5 legacy booths open
Warp shops 2/4 legacy warp shops open
Legacy shop sales will still go on after 7/25, but rental based shops will also be available.

Rental rate
Each 20x20 mall station is 2k/week, 6k per month
Each 5x5 mall booth is 1k/week, 3k per month
Currently, you cannot get standard rentals until 7/25

Legacy shops/booths
If you have donated during the start up legacy donation period, your station will last forever in their own section of the mall.

Early access pass (150k/200k+)
The early access pass is a pass that allows you to access, suggest, and use new parts of ShopCentral. This pass is also required to own or operate a personal mall.

Private malls (planned)
Private malls will be a big thing for ShopCentral once it is released. Private malls will have one owner and can have unlimited co-owners. Private mall owners can sell out shops that they can set up. You must have a early access pass in order to own or co own a private mall. (Note: early access pass cannot be obtained after legacy period, and can only be traded from other users)

Development timeline
7/25/19 - Legacy period ends
7/26/19 - LockBox and SCBank official opening
8/15/19 - First private mall! Cheers!
9/1/19 - Second private mall! Cheers!
