    Instructions: Place one armour stand in a region that you to not have permission to.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: Twice.

    Result: You are able to place an armour stand without having permissions.

    Expected Result: You should not be able to place an armour stand.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Upon further investigation with @block_crusher, it appears that someone without perms can always destroy them (including any armour).

    The 'use' flag prevents someone without perms from placing them, but they are still able to destroy them.

    This is fixed. If you cant break them we are good. If you can place them, people need to alter their use flag.
