Terms of the contract:

1. The purpose of this contract is to verify the renting of a L2 Mythic Sword #LG19JILY owned by @nejcgg to @Ishanv for 4 months

2. @Ishanv will upgrade the L1 Mythic Sword to L2 on the approval of this contract and @nejcgg will /own the L2 Mythic Sword #LG19JILY to @Ishanv.

3. @Ishanv must return and /own the L2 Mythic Sword #LG19JILY back to @nejcgg by Sep 20, 2023, if the sword is not returned and owned back to @nejcgg by this date and @Ishanv has not communicated with @nejcgg about it, @nejcgg can file a user complaint for breach of contract.

4. Should the L2 Mythic Sword #LG19JILY be lost, broken, or otherwise unusable to @nejcgg, @Ishanv must pay @nejcgg 35 million ECD (Payment Plan will be discussed between users if this occurs).
