What is being advertised?
This thread is for the rental of an Eff V Silk I and Unb III diamond sword (commonly known as a melon sword).

Prerequisites in order to rent the melon sword:
In order to rent, you must meet the following requirements , they are ordered from highest priority to lowest. It is preferred to meet all of them, but exceptions can be made in *some* cases.

Have a clean record when it comes to renting star tools - if you can provide previous successful rentals it would be great.
At least the Ext Commands+ feature (++ is preferred, but I understand not everyone has it).
Have obtained a rank of Mayor+.

Offered Plans:
Current rentals are done on daily/weekly/monthly plans only - this is due to my limited daily activity hence no hourly rentals will be provided at this time.

Daily - $40,000 per day.
Weekly - $180,000 per week.
Monthly - $700,000 per month. (This price is standard for all months, 30 days, 31 days and even February).

Payment Process:
I expect the total sum to be provided upfront. In some cases I may accept satisfactory percentage upfront payments.
Payments can be made either in-game or using forum payments. (The latter is preferred).

Regulations:
Any attempt of taking advantage of the sword by giving to another user or renting it out will result in termination of the rent out without refunds.

Loss of the star tool would result in a $2,000,000 replacement fee.
