Terms of the contract:

@pikalovr will repay 1.8 mil to me in total.

@pikalovr will make weekly payments of 600,000 ECD. Beginning on July 25th by 11:59 pm EST, for 3 total weeks.
A $100,000 late fee will be added on if a payment is late per payment missed. Maxing out late fees at $300,000.

@pikalovr will complete their payments in $600,000 increments at the chest shop located on Main in Rising located at X: 10744 Y:69 Z: 8199, located in the region "store".
